This year saw the Women’s Football World Cup being held in France. Working for VISA through IMG we produced social media stings for every game, highlighting the player of the match.
At the end of every game, we would be sent images taken of the player of the match. These would be inserted into a pre-made AfterEffects template and outputted in square, portrait and widescreen formats before being sent back to VISA for inclusion on their social media channels. The challenge was to get these outputted within an hour of the end of the match.
In total we produced 52 films over the course of a month, sometimes numbering four a day. An exhausting timetable, but a great client who was hugely happy with the job and even called us ‘rock stars!’
